The futon, Japanese traditional style bedding, is a type of Japanese mattress used on the floor at night for sleeping. This Japanese bed is traditionally rolled up during the day when not needed to free up some space in the room.

The Futon is originating in Japan, this soft, rollable Japanese mattress can easily be set up on the tatami mats on the floor to provide airy yet firm support.

We make our futons in Japan, focusing on the materials we use for stuffing and stitching. It took us years to find trustworthy materials and top-tier artisans. We're confident that our futons are the best on the market.

Cautions for use
Use covers or sheets to prevent the futon from getting damaged or stained.
Make sure to wash the covers and sheets frequently (at least once a week).
The Futon should be dried in the sunshine or in a Futon dryer (at least once a week). It will become more resilient, warm, and fluffy with sunshine and heat.
Lightly beat the futon occasionally to remove dust.
Airing
If you use a futon with a futon cover or sheet, please remove them when airing (drying).
Make sure the whole surface is exposed to sunlight. The best time for airing is between 10 AM and 3 PM, on a dry, sunny day.
Do not beat too hard, as it could damage its fabric and stuffing.
Storage
Store in a dry place, with the mattress on the bottom and the comforter on top.
If the Futon will be stored for a while, it should be dried first and stored in a dry place with the covers removed.
Ensure the storage area is kept dry and free of insects. Dry the Futon on a regular basis even if not in use.
Washing
When the Futon becomes dirty, spot-clean it and dry well.
This Futon cannot be washed in a washing machine. Please refer to a dry cleaner or a Futon company.
